Did you know that employers who invest in employee wellbeing see a return of £5.30 on average for every £1 invested?  - Mental Health & Employers: Deloitte Report Summery 2022

Well I Am is a unique programme designed to empower employees with the knowledge, tools, and coaching to cultivate and sustain strong physical health and mental fitness and resilience. It combines engaging and practical nutrition and mindset training to enable individuals to approach work with energy and confidence, contributing to a happier and more productive workforce.

About Lisa and Emma

Lisa and Emma met at work in 2010, bonding over their shared interests in health, wellness, and organisational change management. Working together as change consultants, they discovered a passion for helping others make positive changes in their lives. Years later, as they embarked on coaching people in nutrition and mindset respectively, they realised that working with people on one aspect without the other was like asking them to complete a puzzle with only half the pieces.

They decided to combine their expertise and workplace experience and create Well I Am, which aims to help people operate at their most happy and productive, so your organisation can too!

SERVICES

The Well I Am programme integrates nutrition and mindset concepts, highlighting the impact of eating and thinking habits on focus, energy and resilience levels. It offers practical solutions to help people change these habits to improve overall well-being, morale and productivity.

Customisable to your company's objectives and culture, the programme includes engaging content, practical exercises, and resources for sustained learning.

Discover a fresh approach to workplace communication and relationships. This module explores how life positions and ego states impact interactions and guides you in adjusting communication by understanding your default mindsets, attitudes and emotional states. It emphasises active listening and offers practical strategies for effective engagement, equipping you to engage in workplace interactions as equals, and build stronger relationships to enhance productivity.

THINK WELL

Think Well

A belief is just a repeated thought that shapes your reality, but it’s not necessarily true. It’s just a story, based on your previous experiences and interpretations. You can tell yourself negative stories that hold you back, or positive stories that propel you forward. You get to choose. This module explores mindset’s impact on workplace performance, how the brain can adapt at a physiological level to change your thinking and offers strategies to overcome negative beliefs and foster a growth mindset for greater happiness and productivity.
